There are several solutions here:
- Cut and paste from Excel
- use OrgVue as a data creation tool by entering directly, or
- create a link from your system through our APIs into the product
In reality, in due course, it is likely it will be a combination of all three solutions.
Because OrgVue is visual and intuitive the product is an excellent mechanism for improving data quality.
The product has a filtering tool that makes drilling into detail highly interactive
- Generate hypothesis and uncover them on the fly
- Drill into the different parts of your organisation and find out who is doing what, where and how
- Play with alternative ways of showing your organisation
- Produce and communicate different reports: individual, team and company wide
- Conduct 'what if' scenarios and see what impact they have on your people, processes and performance
