During this Fireside chat, our speakers will be discussing how to:

  • Pull together workforce data from HR and other systems across the business to establish a data foundation.
  • Look at the organization through multiple lenses to identify areas of surplus resources, critical roles and skills
  • Understand your current organization, cost structure, and work out where you can afford to remove cost
  • Model multiple scenarios before settling on the future state design (Design)

Jason Averbook

Jason Averbook is a well-known global keynote speaker, industry analyst, and CEO of Leapgen, a management consulting firm focused on HR and IT leadership innovation. He has over 20 years of experience in the HR and technology industry and has held various leadership positions in companies such as Knowledge Infusion, Appirio, The Marcus Buckingham Company, and PeopleSoft.

He has co-founded Leapgen and is committed to delivering better employee services that meet the needs of both the workforce and the business. He is recognized as a top thought leader in the field of human capital management and has been cited in multiple publications . Jason holds a BA and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and is acknowledged as one of the top 3 thought leaders globally on the future of work.

Willem Potgieter

Willem Potgieter is a Senior Solution Consultant at OrgVue with a strong background in consulting and a deep understanding of technology, Willem brings a unique combination of skills to the role of Solution Consultant. He is known for his ability to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and develop solutions that drive business results.

At OrgVue, Willem works closely with prospects and customers to understand their organizational challenges and provides customized solutions that help improve their overall operations. He is an expert in data visualization and has a deep understanding of how to use technology to drive business results.

Throughout his career, Willem has developed a reputation for delivering results and providing exceptional customer service.

Brenna O’Hara

Brenna O’Hara is Orgvue’s Sales Director for the west coast. She is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. Brenna began her career in finance and management consulting, providing services to help companies navigate complex business challenges from op model design to process optimization

Brenna been with Orgvue for 6+ years. Prior to joining the sales team, Brenna was VP of Advisory Services, responsible for leading an expert consulting team across the Americas region.

She is passionate about helping organizations improve their workforce planning and analytics capabilities and is committed to delivering exceptional value to her clients.

Brenna holds a master’s in international business and Finance degree from the University of Florida.
