Jason Averbook, Senior Partner, Global Leader Digital HR Strategy, Mercer
Jason is a Senior Partner and Global Leader of Digital HR Strategy with Mercer | Leapgen. From January 2018 to March of 2023, he was Co-founder and CEO of Leapgen, a digital transformation company helping organizations shape their future workplace. Mike Bobek, VP, Alliances, Orgvue
Mike Bobek is a seasoned leader in organizational design and workforce transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Orgvue, an organization design and workforce planning SaaS platform. With more than 15 years of consulting and applied experience, he advises and supports executives across various industries in developing critical talent strategies and driving large-scale change initiatives.
Mike’s expertise includes designing organizational operating models, change management, and program management for major transformations such as mergers, cost transformations, and enterprise technology implementations. Previously, he led global professional services teams at Slalom and PwC, focusing on delivering effective transformation strategies and advising C-suite executives. Mike has a proven record of fostering innovation and building new capabilities, positioning organizations to thrive in evolving landscapes.
