Orgvue wins at Management Today Transformation Awards 2025

Published by Orgvue

Danone and Orgvue have won the Best Use of Technology in Transformation category at the Management Today Transformation Awards 2025.

This award is recognition for the groundbreaking work Danone has done to end its reliance on workforce reduction as a transformation tool by innovating its business transformation methodology.

Danone worked with Orgvue to completely redesign its organizational structure in just three months – a task that would otherwise have taken two to three times longer. By adopting a continuous approach to organizational design, Danone now moves work around people rather than people around work.

Danone has also shortened its workforce planning cycles from annual to quarterly and introduced continuous tracking of workforce demand and supply as a result of its new approach.

Vincent Favre, Global Organizational Development Director at Danone, summed up the benefits of this new approach to workforce transformation by saying:

“We believe that by taking an ‘always-on’ approach, we can minimize disruption to our business, react better to changing organizational demands and, most importantly, better support our workforce.”
