Solution​

• Developed an enterprise-wide view of the current state of span of control, including 10K managers and 15 functional areas​
• Identified optimization opportunities and modeled a to-be state aligned with strategic guiding principles, achieving a 71% reduction in spans of control​
• Used Orgvue to generate quarterly reports, shared with the Csuite​
• Developed an activity analysis framework within Orgvue, including a survey of 846 individuals on their work​
• Provided training to the core program team on Orgvue workflows
