As Head of Workforce Planning at Nutrien, he leads efforts to integrate generative AI, automation, and advanced technologies into the workforce, enhancing productivity and aligning organizational capabilities with strategic objectives. Prior to joining Nutrien, Ross held senior workforce planning and strategy roles at Meta, Nike, LinkedIn, and GE.

Jessica is Chief Product Officer at organizational design and workforce planning platform Orgvue. Jessica has spent her career advising global organizations through complex transformations, providing pragmatic, data driven solutions.
