Workforce cost is typically the largest controllable expense on the P&L, yet it rarely gets the same planning rigor as capital or technology investment. The result: workforce decisions that look reasonable in isolation but erode margin, stall AI ROI, and surface as risk when the board asks harder questions.

This session with Josh Sorkin, leader in Deloitte’s Organization, Workforce & Change practice, and Luke Robertson, Orgvue’s Chief Financial Officer, makes the business case for planning workforce with the same discipline applied to any major investment – modeled, tested, and defensible before decisions are made.

You’ll learn how leading Finance and HR teams are:

  • Quantifying the true cost and return of workforce decisions, including where AI investment is and isn’t translating into measurable value
  • Stress-testing workforce scenarios before committing, to catch cost and structural risk before it hits the P&L or the board deck
  • Building a shared, single view of workforce data across Finance and HR – so both functions are working from the same numbers, not reconciling two versions of the truth
  • Built for Finance and HR leaders who need to plan the workforce together, not separately.
