A survey of 700 people leading companies with more than 1,000 people found that 38 per cent would rather quit than lead another “change programme”. Orgvue works with 160 large companies to help them better understand their existing roles and jobs and to model the effect of planned changes. It is owned by the venture firm One Peak and hit revenues of £39.2 million in 2023, with a £3.2 million pre-tax loss. Oliver Shaw, who joined in January 2023, believes leaders need to accept they will be managing change throughout their careers, but can do so in a way that causes them less pain.
