Orgvue customer’s data isolation is ensured through the use of dedicated LLMs within OpenAI Enterprise and logically separated Amazon SageMaker instances. This means that there is no way for Orgvue Henshaw data to be shared with other customers or outside of the Orgvue platform. OpenAI does not use Orgvue customer data to train other LLMs. Orgvue customers own and control their data. AI technologies within the platform are disabled by default / available on an opt-in basis.
