Designing for Excellence

Learn why it’s time to change the way you think about organizational design – watch this on-demand webinar recording with Josh Bersin.

How mature is your company, when it comes to organizational design?

Research conducted by The Josh Bersin Company has shown that nearly 60% of companies have a very simplistic approach towards organizational design. They have no formal organizational design capability or design their organizations around spans, layers and other hierarchies.

More than ever, we need organizational design that not only delivers on your strategy but also excites and engages people, gives them a sense of autonomy and ownership, and encourages continuous innovation and creativity.

Curious how to increase the level of organizational design maturity within your company? Join Orgvue and The Josh Bersin Company in an online event where a group of experts discuss the latest trends in organizational design, share best practices, and disclose how masterful organizational design transformed their companies.

Topics you will hear our panelists discussing:

  • Tell me how your organization has build up it’s org design capability?
  • What did it take for the organization to view org design as a strategic capability?
  • How have you built flexibility and agility into your org design approach to account for the ever-changing nature of work and talent strategy and job mobility?
  • What advice would you give an organization who is just starting out in building in-house capability?
