Introducing Orgvue’s leadership team

The members of our leadership team provide a depth of industry and operating experience that is fundamental to the success of Orgvue.

Oliver Shaw

Chief Executive Officer

Oliver is an experienced leader of fast-paced, sales-led organizations across numerous products, industries, and distribution channels. He has a strong track record in delivering shareholder value by executing strategies that drive growth in revenue and profit, while delivering world-class service to customers.

Oliver began his career in sales and marketing roles in consumer financial services, helping to build fast-growth brands like Capital One and Ageas Insurance. He moved into the technology sector in 2009 when he joined IRIS Software. He has spent the last 10 years in executive roles including Divisional CEO and Merger & Acquisition Director, helping to build one of the largest privately owned software companies in the UK with a valuation in excess of £1 billion.

Oliver joined Orgvue as Chief Executive Officer in January 2023 from retail analytics platform, Kalibrate. He holds a degree in Business Studies from Humberside University and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.

Luke Robertson

Chief Financial Officer

Luke joined Orgvue in 2018 as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2019.

Prior to Orgvue, Luke spent 15 years working in corporate finance at Dresdner Kleinwort, HSBC and, latterly, KPMG advising large and medium-sized companies on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and capital raises. While at KPMG Luke advised Orgvue on its £41m capital investment lead by One Peak Partners.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Abdul Hummaida

Chief Technology Officer

Abdul leads the technology strategy, delivery of products and R&D for Orgvue. He has more than 17 years’ experience in start-up and blue-chip organizations in the UK and US, and has built successful business-to-business and business-to-consumer products for Apple, Samsung, Lloyds Bank and KPMG.

Originally a software engineer, Abdul holds several patents and a PhD in cloud computing from the University of Manchester, with a focus on scalability and machine learning. He joined Orgvue in 2019.

Jayne Clarke

Jayne Clarke

Chief Revenue Officer

Jayne joined Orgvue as Chief Revenue Officer in April 2023. She is responsible for leading revenue generation initiatives, aligning sales and marketing strategy, and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities. Her focus is on driving revenue growth and fostering strategic partnerships.

Jayne has more than 20 years’ sales and marketing experience in the technology sector. Most recently, she was Chief Revenue Officer at retail analytics platform, Kalibrate, where she worked with Oliver Shaw for three years.

Prior to this, she spent 13 years at IRIS Software, holding positions as Commercial Director and Chief Sales Officer. Her integrated marketing and sales approach to consolidating new acquisitions contributed to IRIS becoming the UK’s largest software company.

Jayne began her career in insurance and consumer electronics, before spending 14 years at Yell in a number of senior sales positions. She holds a combined degree in Educational Studies, Marketing, and English from Lancaster University.

Tim Ross

General Counsel

Tim brings to Orgvue a wealth of experience in structuring complex deals, international negotiations, business strategy and operational P&L oversight. He is also company secretary and a member of the executive leadership team.

Tim’s proudest moment was being part of the leadership team behind the success of technology service provider, Kelway. He has also served as counsel for Vodafone, HSBC and VEON, and began his career as a solicitor with DMH Stallard LLP in London.

Jessica Modrall

Chief Customer Officer

Jessica has spent over a decade helping business leaders make better decisions about how they organize people and work. With a background in organization design and large-scale transformation, Jessica joined Orgvue in 2018 to lead the advisory team in EMEA, and currently leads the customer experience organization. In her current role Jessica is responsible for delivering sustained value to our customers and partners via customer success, services, programs and support teams.

Prior to Orgvue, Jessica was a member of Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice based in New York and then in New Delhi, working with Fortune 100 companies globally on their most complex workforce and OD related challenges.

Jessica holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Sophie Lawson

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Sophie brings over 20 years’ experience working with technology and software companies. Before joining Orgvue, she spent 7 years with technology services company, ForgeRock, from Series B funding through to IPO. She has previously worked for technology companies including Dell, MicroFocus and TiVo.

Sophie has extensive experience in growth marketing and scale-up organizations, having led marketing teams internationally. At Orgvue, she is responsible for growth and digital marketing, marketing operations, corporate communications, product marketing and business development.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of West of England (Bristol, UK).

Martin Moran

Board Advisor

Martin has over 25 years’ experience in the technology industry, 20 of which have been with SaaS and cloud computing companies. He is a founding member of Salesforce and insidesales.com in EMEA, and began his career in technology at Oracle. He is also an active non-executive director, board advisor and angel investor.

Martin served as Orgvue’s interim Chief Revenue Officer in 2020 and Orgvue’s interim Chief Executive Officer in 2021. He continues to advise growth investment company, One Peak Partners, alongside serving as chairman for a number of high-growth technology start-ups.

Martin holds a degree in Accountancy from Brunel University London.
