Build repeatable transformation that turns strategy into continuous execution.

The future for transformation leaders
Transformation teams are evolving centers of excellence (CoE) that define how change happens, build repeatable methods, and help the business become more intentional, iterative, and continuously adaptive.
Many organizations have relied on external consultants for org design and workforce change because internal confidence, data, and tooling were not there. That is changing as teams build in-house capability and take control of the transformation process, grounded in one shared view of workforce, cost, work, and operating model reality.
Whether you are formalizing a new CoE or scaling an established one, the risk is the same: without a governed way to connect plans to delivery, initiatives compete, sequencing breaks down, and outcomes drift.
Overcome your
Biggest blockers
- No trusted baseline
No single, trusted baseline for workforce, cost, work, and structure means risk builds before transformation leaders can act. - Strategy sequencing breaks down
Hard to translate strategy into sequenced, decision-ready change means ambition outpaces execution and initiatives stall. - Work visibility is limited
Limited visibility into how work is performed (processes, activities, value chains) delays decisions until the cost of inaction rises.
- Accountability is unclear
Unclear accountabilities and decision rights across teams and functions increases disruption and harms delivery. - Cost reduction actions can weaken capability
Difficulty balancing cost driven layoffs with capability and delivery protection can deliver savings but reduce future performance - Governance is not repeatableNo repeatable governance to track decisions, dependencies, and outcomes over time weakens executive support and causes momentum to fade.
Orgvue helps you
Adapt to the impact of AI
AI is pushing transformation teams from episodic programs to continuous redesign. It demands an analysis of the work to be done, then how that maps to roles, skills, capacity, and operating models.
The opportunity is to link work to automation and augmentation potential, so you can prioritize the right use cases, protect delivery, and move the business from AI cost cutting to real productivity gains.
Orgvue helps build a governed fact base and scenario modelling process to baseline today, anticipate workforce and skills impacts, and track change over time, whether you are starting small or running enterprise-scale transformation.
use orgvue to
Transform with intent
Orgvue gives transformation teams one governed environment to connect strategy, workforce, cost, structure, and the work to be done.
It helps you build a cost-based, process-led view of how the organization operates in reality by visualizing value chains, processes, and activities alongside roles, teams, and spend.
With clearer accountability and decision governance, you can connect strategic planning to organisational reality, sequence change with confidence, and assess planned outcomes as the organization evolves.

For transformation leaders
- Build in-house transformation capability with a repeatable, governed process
- Connect strategic plans to organisational reality so change sequences and lands
- Baseline work and workforce, then track decisions, dependencies, and outcomes over time
For restructuring and cost transformation teams
- Target change with clearer evidence and less disruption
- See what savings decisions will mean for capability and delivery before action is taken
- Reduce the risk of short-term cost reduction initiatives creating longer term problems

Customer story
Building in-house organizational design capability with Orgvue
This FMCG company operated in the space of processed sugary foods, and were looking at expanding to healthier areas. The challenge was that it was expensive, and they needed to cut down their operating cost in order to be successful.
They used Orgvue to build their in-house organization design capability, with around 20 leaders (superusers) across the organization delivering the work. They identified gaps and modeled design changes for different parts of the organization, while prioritizing initiatives that worked the most. As a result, they ran the design process twice as fast as was expected, identified potential risk and maintained a pulse on the organization’s health after the work was done.
