The company is also embracing warmer climes as it adds Sydney to its global footprint.
Ken started his role on April 1st and will be reporting directly into Orgvue’s CEO Rupert Morrison. He joins the business from Visier and brings with him a wealth of experience in growing analytics and data-fuelled businesses from his previous positions including Workday, Oracle and Aria Systems. Ken will be the tip of the spear in driving global growth, with a particular focus on US expansion from his base in Ohio.
Neda will begin her role mid-May and will be based in the London office, also reporting directly to CEO Rupert Morrison. She joins the business bringing her deep experience and passion for organisation design and people analytics, honed in various leadership roles during her 8 years at Vodafone including Global Head of HR Strategy and Head of Talent, and prior to this at Capgemini Consulting and Carphone Warehouse. Neda will ensure that Orgvue practices what it preaches and leads the way in organisational planning & analysis (OP&A). She’ll also aid in the further development of the Orgvue platform from a user-first standpoint.
Commenting on the hires and investment in Sydney, Rupert Morrison, CEO of Orgvue, said:
“I’m tremendously excited to be welcoming Neda and Ken to Orgvue. Whilst most businesses have halted recruitment during these trying times, we believe that investing in these positions will be critical in ensuring our business can bounce back to full performance as quickly as possible. With their extraordinary experience and ambition, I’m in no doubt that they’ll be at the forefront of empowering our teams and our clients to design their own best-performing organisations no matter what the situation. I’m equally excited to be opening a dedicated office in Sydney as we continue to grow Orgvue’s presence globally and help management teams the world over take greater control of their organisations.”
On his appointment Ken Ferguson said:
“I am really excited to join the team, and have the opportunity to tackle the opportunities that are in front of us at Orgvue. It is my belief that the greatest asset a business has is its people. The organizations that can nimbly, and effectively align their business strategy to the way they are organize their people, outperform their competition and achieve greater business outcomes. I have joined this team, because I see a solution and an approach that is helping define the organisational planning and analysis (OP&A) capability in the marketplace, and drive real business value for their clients through a leading technology, and years of domain experience. What could be a more powerful capability in the current business climate? I look forward to leading our global team as we expand our footprint in North America and continue our growth globally. We have big ambitions for Orgvue, and we are well positioned to execute on those ambitions”.
On her role and the work ahead, Neda Scrini commented:
“To be asked to join such an innovative company that allows other businesses to see the real value of their people is an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. Orgvue is the future of HR, empowering leaders to make evidence-backed people decisions with real-time data and analysis at the touch of their fingertips. At Orgvue, every individual comes together to embrace the organisational planning and analysis (OP&A) philosophy and works tirelessly to empower clients to realise the value in the approach”.
