Orgvue and Lightcast strategic partnership

Orgvue has announced a strategic partnership with Lightcast, making their global talent intelligence data and taxonomies available directly inside Orgvue.

The integration allows Orgvue users to match labor market data such as skills availability, job demand and supply, automation potential of jobs, job architecture, and compensation to roles within an organization. This allows companies to access external and internal labor data in a single platform to identify workforce risks and enable more informed workforce planning decisions.
