Manage participant survey links after invitations are sent

Orgvue product update

Published by Orgvue

Survey invitations do not always reach every participant through the same route. Administrators can now retrieve access links after an invitation email has been sent, making follow-up easier.

On the survey Track page, use Download links to view the participant access links associated with the survey. This gives the survey team a practical way to support someone who cannot find the original message or to use an approved alternative communication channel. The improvement keeps link management close to the place where administrators already
monitor participation. There is no need to recreate an invitation simply to recover access information.

Participant links provide access to individual survey experiences and should be handled with the same care as the original invitations. Download and share them only through channels approved by your organization, and confirm the intended recipient before sending a link onward.
